摘  要:
Easy or uneasy-germinated glumes were observed under scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to determine the contents of endogenous hormones and the activity of alpha-amylase at 1-4 days preharvest sprouting rice. The results showed that the activity of alpha-amylase and the contents of IAA, GA1+3 and zeatin riboside (ZR) were higher in the easy-germinated rice than those in the uneasy-germinated rice. The ABA content in the easy-germinated rice was lower than that in the uneasy-germinated rice. The change of GA1+3/ABA rate accorded with that of GA1+3. SEM showed that the cell surface of glume was loosely arranged, with more villus and bigger hole and germinal aperture, which had lesser mechanism resistance and better water absorption in the easy-germinated rice. This research also indicated that preharvest sprouting in rice related to alpha-amylase activity, endogenous growth regulator contents and glume structure.
