摘  要:
鹿科动物具有生理周期性骨质疏松的矿物质代谢特点,利用鹿科动物作为骨质疏松研究模型是未来的研究思路和方向。本文综述了鹿科动物骨质疏松代谢相关的研究进展,旨在利用代谢组学等技术,筛选负责调控骨质疏松恢复的关键因子,为进一步研究骨质疏松机理及寻找新的药物靶点提供理论依据和研究基础。

摘  要:
Cervidae has the features of mineral metabolism of physiological periodicity osteoporosis,using cervidae as an osteoporosis model is the future research ideas and directions. This paper summarizes the related research progress of osteoporosis metabolism in cervidae,aims to screen the key regulation factors for osteoporosis recovery using metabonomics and other techniques,to provide the theoretical basis and research basis for further study of osteoporosis mechanism and finding newdrug targets.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(12) : 5407-5411]
