杨树花提取液对分离自灵长类动物大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌试验

摘 要：
目的评价杨树花提取液的中药制剂对分离自灵长类动物体内大肠菌及沙门氏菌的抑菌效果。方法通过牛津杯法测试了其对大肠杆菌以及沙门氏菌的抑菌圈大小,以及用二倍稀释法测定了其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果试验表明,杨树花提取液对大肠杆菌(EMB-LZ-5-14和EMB-LZ-5-3株)表现为高度敏感,对沙门氏菌(SS-LZ-5-7株)表现为中度敏感,而对沙门氏菌(SS-LZ-5-14株)和大肠杆菌(EMB-LZ-4-2株)则表现为低度敏感。其MIC值也应不同菌种而呈现出一定的差异。结论杨树花提取液对分离自灵长类动物体内大肠杆菌以及沙门氏菌具有一定的抑菌效果。
