摘 要：
为了解和评价灵长类动物肠道致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌分离株对杨树花提取液的敏感性情况,开展了本研究。本次检测结果表明,灵长类动物肠道中的致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌对杨树花中药提取液具有较高的敏感性,可用于临床的药物治疗研究。

摘 要：
In order to determine the antibacterial effect of Populus tomentosa Carr. extract, a traditional Chinese medicine, on Escherichia coli and Salmonella isolated from primates, we started this study. The result showed that Populus tomentosa Carr. extract had good antibacterial effect, it could be applied in control of infection caused by Escherichia coli and Salmonella in clinical.
