全履带液压翻抛机工作装置仿真分析

摘  要:
根据全履带液压翻抛机翻拋装置的结构和工作原理,建立工作装置的运动学规律的数学模型,分析工作过程中翻拋装置的运动特点。利用SolidWorks建立工作装置的三维模型,装配后通过SolidWorks的motion插件对整个工作过程进行运动仿真,通过对motion界面的约束的变换减少约束冗余,最后分析马达转矩与刀具线速度的变化规律,从而为翻拋装置结构的进一步优化提供了依据。

摘  要:
According to the structure and working principle of the full hydraulic crawler turning machine,the mathematical model of the kinematics rule was established,and the kinematics characteristics were analyzed,SolidWorks software was applied to setup the three-dimensional model of turning machine,and kinematics simulation of the whole process was conducted by motion.Through changing the motion interface constraints,the redundancy was reduced,and the changes of velocity and acceleration were got,which provides a basis for the further optimization of turning device motion structure.
