翻抛机机架的力学分析与优化设计

摘  要:
应用Hypermesh有限元软件对翻抛机机架进行静力学和动力学模态分析,从而找出机架危险点位置,对危险点位置进行局部加强,并在此基础上进行结构优化设计。计算结果表明,优化后的机架不但满足静力学和动力学要求,而且整机质量也减少了24%。通过对样机的试制,验证了此优化方法的准确性与合理性。

摘  要:
The static and dynamic modal analysis of the frame of windrow turner machine were analyzed via Hypermesh FEM software in this article.Found and strengthened the danger point,after analysis and reinforcement,the strength of danger point was remained,optimum design was carried out based on analysis.The results demonstrated that the frame satisfied the requirement of static and dynamic as well as reduce the overall weight by 24% after optimum design.The accuracy and rationality of our optimum design have been demonstrated by the prototype.
