将精细化管理理念融入到高校思政教育的过程中,能够有效推动新时代思政教育发展进程,在管理学视域下,探析思政教育的时代诉求,明确精细化教育的理论内涵,进而从精细化教育的运行载体、教育机制、运作过程等层面,提出高校思政教育的途径与渠道,以此为增强高校思政教育的时效性与针对性,满足学生全面发展的需求奠定了坚实的基础。

meticulous management ideas into the process of ideological and political education of college,can effectively promote a new era of ideological and political education in the development process,under the management horizon,on the Times demands of ideological and political education,a clear theoretical connotation of refined education and then the carrier from running fine education,education systems,operational processes and other aspects put forward ideological and political education of college pathways and channels,in order to enhance the timeliness and relevance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to meet the needs of all-round development of students lay a solid foundation.
