饲料工业码垛机器人及配套生产线的设计

摘  要:
随着我国人口红利的减少,劳动力成本的暴涨加速了工业机器人的需求。码垛机器人诸多优势成为替代繁重人工码垛的最佳选择。国外码垛机器人的研究早已成熟,正向我国大力推广;国内码垛机器人的自主研发尚处在完善阶段,技术需要不断进步并加大产业化推广力度。针对农牧行业的特点,研发具有自主知识产权的CBT系列码垛机器人及其码垛输送线,可以实现饲料加工的无人化操作与智能化管理。系统在河南某集团投运以来,安全可靠无故障,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,极大的提高了生产效率。

摘  要:
With the reduction of the demographic dividend in China, the inflation of labor cost had accelerated the demand for industrial robots. Owing to its advantages, the palletizing robot became the best choice to replace the heavy manual palletizing. Study on palletizing robot had already been mature overseas and the palletizing robots are promoted vigorously forward our country; the independent research and development of the palletizing robot in China is still in the stage of improvement, and the technology needs progress and industrial promotion efforts needs increase. According to the characteristics of agriculture and animal husbandry industry, the CBT series of palletizing robots and their stacking conveyor lines with independent intellectual property rights were developed, and unmanned operation and intelligent management were achieved in feed processing. Since the operation of this system, it has been reliable and has no faults, reduced the labor intensity greatly, and has improved the product quality and production efficiency.
