运用价值分析手段，通过市场调查，选定价值分析对象，从影响翻斗车整机功能正常发挥的动力系统入手，对离合器总成进行了功能评价，并通过两种改进设计的方案对比，确定了以小型拖拉机的离合器取代原设计的离合器。

The paper, selecting the VE objects through market investigation and starting with the power system which influences the overall functions of a skip car, evalutes the functions of the clutch assembly. Replacing original clutch with one used in small-sized tractor has been determined by contrasting two improvement design plans.
