具有自装卸功能翻斗车的创新设计与仿真分析

摘  要:
对于城镇垃圾、工程中物料多分散堆积的情况,以及劳动力紧缺问题的出现,亟需一种小型具有自装卸功能的工程车辆。所设计的杆件控制小铲斗自动装载物品的翻斗车,具有自动装卸功能,减轻劳动强度,解决了劳动力紧缺的问题。通过对设计的翻斗车在ADAMS环境中进行仿真分析,模拟出小铲斗的运动轨迹,验证了设计方案的可行性。

摘  要:
For the situation of urban garbage,engineering material dispersion accumulation,and the shortage of labor force,we need a small engineering vehicle with self loading function.The automatic loading and unloading function of dumper designed which controlled by the rod,has the function of self loading and unloading,reduce labor intensity,solve the problem of the shortage of labor.Through simulation and analysis of the designed dumper in the ADAMS,the trajectory curve of small bucket was simulated,and the feasibility of the design was verified.
