摘  要:
[目的]目前传统农药残留前处理方法所需时间较长。以能够快速便捷的检测果蔬中的农药残留为目的。[方法]建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)采用多壁碳纳米管农药多残留同步快速前处理技术测定水果和蔬菜中16种农药残留物的分析方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂、乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,经超高效液相色谱分离,以串联质谱在采用多反应监控(MRM)模式下测定。[结果]16种农药残留物的线性关系良好,平均回收率为81.2%~97.4%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~8.5%。[结论]该方法可以作为实验室测定农药残留的分析参考方法。

摘  要:
[Aims] The traditional method of determination of pesticide residues is used to expend long time at present.In order to establish a convenient method of determination of pesticide residues. [Methods] A method for simultaneous determination of 16 pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits was established by multi-walled nanotubes pretreatment and UPLC-MS/MS. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and the extractive was determined by UPLC-MS/MS using acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% formic acid) as mobile phase. The pesticides were analyzed using a tandem mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization in multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode. [Results] The recoveries of 16 pesticides in vegetables and fruits ranged from 81.2-97.4% and the mean relative deviation ranged from 2.3-8.5%.[Conclusions] This method can be used to determine pesticides residue in laboratory.
