摘  要:
建立了同时检测食品中糖精钠(SA)、安赛蜜(AK)、甜蜜素(SC)、阿斯巴甜(ASP)、纽甜(NTM)5种人工合成甜味剂的RPLC/MS/MS分析方法。色谱分离采用ZOBAX SB-C18(2·1mm×50mm,1·8μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,ESI(-)电离模式下,采用多反应监测(MRM)进行监测,5种甜味剂的平均添加回收率在82·3%~104·3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤2·0%。本方法可用于食品中5种人工合成甜味剂的同时测定。

摘  要:
A RPLC/MS/MS method was developed for the determination of five synthetic sweeteners,saccharin sodium(SA),acesulfame potassium(AK),sodium cyclamate(SC),aspartame(ASP)and neotame(NTM)in foods.The RPLC separation was performed on a ZOBAX SB-C18(50mm×2.1mm,1.8μm)with a gradient elution program of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase.The identification and quantification were done with mass spectrometry.The average recoveries of five synthetic sweeteners ranged from 82.3% to 104.3% with relative standard deviations below 2.0%.This method can be used for the simultaneous determination of these sweeteners.
