摘  要:
[目的]检测野生黄沙鳖、养殖黄沙鳖以及养殖中华鳖肝脏、肌肉、裙边等不同组织中铁、锌、硒的含量。[方法]采用原子吸收光度法检测铁和锌含量,并用原子荧光光度法检测硒的含量。[结果]铁、锌、硒在野生黄沙鳖、养殖黄沙鳖以及养殖中华鳖不同组织中含量差异较大,铁的含量顺序三者均为肝脏>蛋>肉>裙边,锌的含量顺序三者均为肌肉>蛋>肝脏>裙边,硒的含量不同组织因品种不同有所差别。不同品种间铁、锌、硒的含量也存在较大差异。[结论]总体来说,黄沙鳖中铁、锌、硒的含量均大于中华鳖,野生黄沙鳖中铁、锌、硒的含量高于养殖黄沙鳖。

摘  要:
[Objective] To determine the iron,zinc and selenuim contents in liver,muscle and skirt of wild Truogx sinensis,raised Truogx sinensis and raised Trionyx sinensis.[Method] The iron and zinc contents were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry method,and the selenuim content was determined by fluorescent spectrum method.[Result] The iron,zinc and selenuim contents varied greatly in different tissues of the wild Truogx sinensis,raised Truogx sinensis and raised Trionyx sinensis.The iron content decreased in liver,egg,muscle and skirt in order.The zinc content decreased in muscle,egg,liver,and skirt in order.The selenuim content varied in different tissues of turtle.The iron,zinc and selenuim contents were quite different between varieties.[Conclusion] Overall,the iron,zinc and selenuim contents were higher in Truogx sinensis than in Trionyx sinensis and higher in wild Truogx sinensis than in raised ones.
