摘要：

农村职高校长的学校工作既有“难为”也有“可为”之处。“难为”之处主要是政府行为和社会观念的偏差、农村经济状况和学校办学的落后及师资和生源素质的偏低。“可为”之处主要应树立现代职业教育观 ,争取政府和社会的支持 ,改善办学条件 ,改革学校管理体制 ,开放办学 ,提高教育质量 ,以促进农村职教的健康发展。

摘要：

The headmasters' work in the management of a rural area's vocational school lies in two aspects:difficulties and accomplishments.Difficulties mainly include:the windage of the government behavior and social concepts about the vocational education;lag of rural economics and running conditions;low quality in resources of teachers and students.For accomplishments;we must set up modern concepts of vocationaleducation,strive for the support of the government and society to improve the conditions of running a vocational school;reform the school management system and run openly to improve the quality of education and accelerate to develop healthily the vocational education in rural areas.
