约氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter johnsonii)的分离及其聚磷特性的研究

摘  要:
采用定性、定量相结合的方法,从城市污水中筛选到一株高效聚磷菌(CH-1),经生理生化特征及16 rDNA序列分析,鉴定该菌株为不动杆菌属的约氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter johnsonii)。进行了该菌株的生长曲线、含磷培养液的pH、磷酸盐浓度变化及去磷效果等测定。结果表明:该菌在培养6~8 h时繁殖量达到最大(0.54 mg/L),培养液pH值达到最高(8.88),而磷酸盐浓度降至最低(1.08 mg/L)。好氧条件下,含磷培养液培养72h后,培养液中磷浓度由10 mg/L降至3.476 mg/L,去磷率高达65.24%。CH-1菌处理模拟废水的除磷率高达68.88%,具有较强的聚磷能力。

摘  要:
A bacterial strain CH-1 with high capability of accumulating poly-P was isolated from municipal sewage and identified as Acinetobacter johnsonii by using qualitative and quantitative screening methods.Some important factors,OD,pH value,phosphorus concentration and phosphorus removal ability of CH-1,were studied to evaluate their change by time.Results showed that OD and pH value kept increasing,and phosphorus concentration kept decreasing by time.After 6~8 h,OD and pH value reached the highest,0.54 and 8.88 respectively,and phosphorus concentration was below 1.08 mg/L.In aerobic condition,phosphorus concentration in the medium declined from 10 mg/L to 3.476 mg/L,phosphorus removal rate reached 65.24% after 72 h.The phosphorus concentration in CH-1 reached 11.25 % of its weight,indicating that CH-1 has a high capability of accumulating phosphate.The bacterial strain treated with synthetic wastewater for 72 h,phosphorus removal rate reached 68.88%.
