一株高效聚磷菌解角质素微杆菌的分离、鉴定及其除磷条件优化

摘  要:
利用蓝白斑法从金华市市郊池塘的水体样品中分离筛选得到1株高效聚磷MK-6菌株。经鉴定,MK-6菌株为解角质素微杆菌(Microbacterium keratanolyticum)。对MK-6菌株的培养条件和合成污水培养基配方进行综合优化,结果表明,该菌株的适宜除磷条件为:初始p H值6.0,装液量40.0 m L,温度30℃,转速220 r/min,接种量10%,醋酸钠浓度600 mg/L,且适宜浓度的铜离子、铅离子和钾离子对该菌株的除磷起着促进作用。经优化,该菌株对改良后合成污水(PO43--P浓度为14.9 mg/L)的去磷率达到了70.81%。该菌株的获得,对于扩大聚磷菌菌种库、防治富营养化具有实际意义。

摘  要:
A high effective phosphorus accumulating bacteria MK-6 was got from the water samples of the pond on the outskirts of Jinhua city by the blue white screening. MK-6 strain was Microbacterium keratanolyticum through identifying. After the culture condition of MK-6 strain and synthetic sewage culture medium formula were optimized, the result showed suitable phosphorus removal condition of the strain: initial p H was 6.0, medium volume was 40.0 m L, temperature was 30 ℃, culture speed was 220 r/min, inoculation quantity was 10%, sodium acetate was 600 mg/L. Suitable concentration of copper ion, lead ion and potassium ion also promoted phosphorus removal of the strain. The dephosphorization rate of MK-6 strain removed 70.81% for modified synthetic sewage(PO43--P concentration was 14.9 mg/L)after the conditions were optimized. Therefore, the strain was practical significance for expanding strain library and preventing eutrophication.
