高校报账难的现状及对策

摘  要：
高校办学规模不断扩大,经济业务量与日俱增,经费来源日趋多元化,导致高等学校财务管理工作量成倍增加,报账难问题成了大多数高校亟待解决的难点。在全面深入了解高校报账现状的基础上,分析高校报账难的问题产生的原因,结合高校财务管理改革的需要,提出一些切实可行的改进建议,为高校财务管理提供参考。

摘  要：
With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the economic business volume is increasing day by day, and the sources of funds are becoming more and more diversified. The financial management workload of colleges and Universities has doubled, and the difficulty of reimbursement has become the difficulty to be solved in most colleges and universities. On the basis of a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current situation of reimbursement in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties in reimbursement, and puts forward some practical suggestions for improvement in combination with the needs of financial management reform in colleges and universities, so as to provide reference for financial management in colleges and universities.
