摘  要：
Recent advance on the research and development of the mandelic acid fungicide was reviewed. The discovery of mandipropamid and its analogues reported with their fungicidal activities against tomato or potato late blight, and grape downymildew were introduced. Some structure–activity relationship was also discussed.
