多杀菌素·毒死蜱微球高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
[目的]建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定多杀菌素和毒死蜱的定量分析方法。[方法]以甲醇-乙腈-0.05%乙酸钠溶液(体积比45∶45∶10)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,使用Amethyst C18-H色谱柱,紫外波长检测器,柱温为20℃,选择250 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法对于多杀菌素和毒死蜱组分的标准偏差分别为0.0541、0.070 1,变异系数为0.621%、0.578%,平均回收率为97.45%、100.03%,线性相关系数为0.999 9、0.999 7。[结论]该方法具有简便、快捷、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。

摘  要:
A method was developed for the quantitative determination of spinosad and chlorpyrifos under the same HPLC condition.[Methods] The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol,acetonitrile and 0.05% acetic sodium solution(45∶45∶10,by vol),and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.A Amethyst C18-H and a UV wavelength detector were used with column temperature at 20 °C and the detection wave length was 250 nm.[Results] For the detection methods of spinosad and chlorpyrifos,the standard deviations were 0.054?1 and 0.070?1,coefficients of variation were 0.621 and 0.578%,average recovery rate were 97.45 and 100.03%,and linear correlation coefficient were 0.999?9,0.999?7,respectively.[Conclusions] The method in this study displayed the advantages of convenience,shortcut,good separation,high precision and accuracy,and good linear correlations.
