冷等离子体处理对黄瓜幼苗特性的影响

摘  要:
运用冷等离子体种子处理技术对黄瓜种子进行小于20 s非电离幅射处理,研究该技术对黄瓜种子发芽情况和幼苗特性的影响。结果表明,经不同剂量冷等离子体处理后,种子的发芽势、发芽率有明显变化。当处理功率为80 W时,种子的发芽势、发芽率分别比对照提高15.5%和8%,根毛数和主根长度,移栽期田间植株干重、鲜重、株高、叶面积、有雌蕊株比例分别比对照提高24.4%和22.6%,9.8%,15.2%,20.65%,19.76%,18.8%。试验显示,80 W是最佳处理功率。

摘  要:
The non-ionizing radiation processing with 20 s was used to treat wheat seeds with low temperature plasma(LTP),and the effects of the proposed technology on their seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate of wheat seeds had a significant change under different intensities of LTP;With the treatment intensity of 80 W,the germination energy and germination rate were increased by 15.5% and 8.0%,respectively,and the quantity of root hair,main root length,green weight,dry weight,stem length,leaf areas and the ratio of plants with pistil were increased by 24.4%,22.6%,9.8%,15.2%,20.65%,19.76% and 18.8% compared with contrast.It was concluded that 80 W was the best processing power.
