大蒜蒜瓣识别与转向装置设计

摘  要:
大蒜种植时大端朝下,有利于发芽、扎根和养分的吸收。利用红外装置识别大蒜蒜瓣的外部形状特征,判别确定其大端方向,对采集到的数据进行分析,驱动电动机转动使1号和2号通道各自打开,从而实现大蒜方向的识别与转向。设计大蒜转向装置结构,通过机械机构使其转变方向,保证大端朝下,能够满足大蒜种植的农艺要求。

摘  要:
When plant garlic let its big end down,can germinate,take root and nutrient absorption.Using external shape features of the infrared device identification garlic clove,discriminate to determine the direction of its big end,to analyze the collected data,the drive motor rotation 1,2 channel respective open in order to achieve recognition and steering of garlic direction.Design garlic steering structure,mechanical bodies to make it change direction,to ensure that its big end down,and garlic grown to meet the agricultural requirements.
