连续种植式大蒜立直种植装置性能分析

摘  要:
针对连续式大蒜立直种植装置种植蒜种的过程中由栽植器水平分速度不断变化引起的立植率低的问题,对立直种植性能进行了深入分析,为大蒜种植机的立直种植装置设计及优化提供了理论依据.为此,阐述了实现栽植器连续立直种植运动的机构及其工作原理,分析了栽植器运动速比λ>1时种植过程中的运动轨迹及速度变化规律.通过栽植器在不同位置、不同打开方式及栽植器成穴剖面形状的对比分析可知:栽植器在第一零速点a和最低点之间靠近最低点向前单侧打开且栽植器鸭嘴后侧为垂直形状时,栽植器成穴形状最理想,其入土阻力较小、栽植器的后侧对蒜种有扶正作用,有利于蒜种的立直种植.

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of low planting rate caused by the constant change of the horizontal speed of the planter in the process of planting garlic in the continuous garlic upright planting device, the upright planting performance of garlic planting device was analyzed in depth, which provided a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of upright planting device of garlic planter.This paper expounded the mechanism and principle of the planter that could realizecontinuous upright planting, the movement track and speed change rule of planting speed ratio of λ> 1 were analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of different positions, different opening modes and the shape of the hole-forming section of the planter,it is concluded that when the planter opens unilaterally in front of the lowest point between the first zero-speed point and the lowest point and the rear side of the duckbilledseeding mouth of the planter is vertical, the shape of the hole-forming of the planter is the most ideal, the resistance soil resistance is small when planter enters the soil, and rear side of the planter has a straightening effect on garlic seeds, and is conducive to vertical planting of garlic seeds.The opening curve of planter is given.
