摘  要:
凌云白毫茶是广西特有的国家级优良茶树品种,其品种特性证明了凌云白毫茶鲜叶是制作高级白茶的原料。采用室内自然萎凋加工凌云白毫白茶,只要掌握白茶在萎凋阶段的开青、拼筛、拼堆工序品质形成时的关键技术,就可以加工出外形、香味优良的白茶。

摘  要:
Lingyun Baihao tea is an excellent variety of national level tea unique to Guangxi. Its characteristics manifest that it could be processed into excellent white tea with good shape and good aroma. This paper introduced key techniques for processing of white tea products in the process of indoor natural withering,including making of green leaf,blending and screening.
