气凝胶结构木材的物理性质

摘  要:
以具备气凝胶型基本结构的南方轻木(Ochroma pyramidale)为试件,对其进行改性处理,经超临界流体干燥后测定其力、热、声学物理性能。结果表明:在力学性能方面,经过双氧水处理的轻木试件较经水处理的轻木试件更加接近普通气凝胶的性能。与对照相比,水处理和双氧水处理的木材在顺纹抗压强度方面分别下降了35.2%和23.7%;抗弯弹性摸量分别上升和下降了15.4%和9.5%;抗弯强度分别下降了15.2%和23.1%;端面硬度分别上升和下降了10.7%和44.7%;弦面硬度分别下降9.6%和71.3%。在热学性质方面,导温系数分别上升了21.3%和43.3%,导热系数分别上升18.8%和15.9%,比热容分别上升和下降了4.1%和12.1%。

摘  要:
The mechanical,thermal,acoustic properties of modified wood dried by the supercritical fluid drying technique were detected using Ochroma pyramidale as experimental wood.Results showed that,in mechanical performances,the properties of the samples treated by H2O2 were similar to those of general aerogel compared with the samples treated by H2O.The longitudinal compression strength of the samples separately treated by H2O2 or H2O decreased by 35.2% and 23.7%,the MOE increased by 15.4% and decreased by 9.5%,the bending strength decreased by 15.2% and 23.1%,the end profile surface hardness increased by 10.7% and decreased by 44.7%,and the harness on the radial surface decreased by 9.6% and 71.3%,respectively.In thermal performances,the thermal diffusivity of the samples separately treated by H2O2 and H2O increased by 21.3% and 43.3%,the thermal conductivities increased by 18.8% and 15.9%,and the specific heat increased by 4.1% and decreased by 12.1%,respectively.
