超临界CO_2萃取菊叶香藜精油工艺研究

摘  要:
采用超临界流体萃取技术对菊叶香藜精油的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明,在40℃,15 MPa,1.5 h时精油量最高,为31.26 g/kg,是传统水蒸气法的20倍,并且其气味更接近天然的菊叶香藜;超临界CO_2提取法比水蒸气法优越,精油量高,时间短。此方法可为菊叶香藜精油快速提取和开发利用提供参考,并为其向工业化方向发展提供理论依据。

摘  要:
In this paper, essential oil of Chenopodium foetidum extraction technology was studied by using the supercritical fluid extraction technology. The results showed that the amount of essential oil was the highest in 40 ℃ and 15 MPa, 1.5 h, it was 31.26 g/kg,amount of essential oil was 20 times of the traditional method of water vapor, and the smell was more closely to natural Chenopodium foetidum. The supercritical CO_2 extraction was superior than water vapor, the amount of essential oil was higher, the time was shorter. This result can provide reference for the development and utilization of Chenopodium foetidum essential oil, and provide theoretical basis for its development in the direction of industrialization.
