氟虫腈对红火蚁与黑头酸臭蚁干扰竞争的影响

摘  要：
本研究以红火蚁和本地蚂蚁黑头酸臭蚁为对象,室内测定了氟虫腈处理后红火蚁与黑头酸臭蚁分别在个体水平和种群水平上的攻击性和攻击强度。一对一攻击试验结果表明:红火蚁和黑头酸臭蚁之间攻击级别多集中在I和II级,即红火蚁和黑头酸臭蚁间缺乏实质性的攻击,顶多在相互攻击时摆出威胁姿势。群体攻击试验结果表明:相互攻击后红火蚁死亡率为2.67%～10%,而黑头酸臭蚁死亡率为0～0.67%,即黑头酸臭蚁的攻击能力明显比红火蚁强。可见,氟虫腈处理在一定程度上降低了红火蚁与本地蚂蚁的竞争能力,同时对本地蚂蚁影响较小。

摘  要：
Indoor interference competition between Solenopsis invicta treated with fipronil and native ant Tapinoma melanocephalum in one-to-one and group level was studied.The aggressiveness test in one-to-one level between S.invicta against T.melanocephalum revealed that the mutual aggressiveness was weak because workers of both species did not perform stronger tussle,just did threatening posture always.And the aggressive level concentrated on level one and two.In the experiment of group level,the mortality rate of S.invicta ants was for 2.67%~10.00%.And the mortality rate of T.melanocephalum was for 0~0.67%,which means the aggressive intensity of T.melanocephalum was stronger than S.invicta.The results suggested that treatment with fipronil decreased the aggressive ability of S.invicta,but has little effect on native ant T.melanocephalum.
