紫球藻抗菌蛋白的纯化及其部分性质研究

摘  要:
紫球藻提取液经硫酸铵沉淀、HA柱层析后分离纯化出1种抗菌蛋白。经SDS-PAGE测定,2个亚基的相对分子量为21.0 kD与30.0 kD;此抗菌蛋白对热敏感,氨基酸组成分析显示含有17种氨基酸,含量较高的是谷氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸。纯化的蛋白对产黄青霉有较强抑制作用,其抗真菌活性比抗细菌活性强。

摘  要:
An antibiotic protein was isolated and purified from Porphyridium cruentum by ammonium sulfate precipitation and chromatography on HA.According to SDS-PAGE determination,the protein appeared two bands with molecular weight of 21kD and 30kD.The protein was sensitive to temperature change.The protein consisted of seventeen kinds of amino acids,among which the content of Glu,Gly and Asp was high respectively.The purified protein had strong antifungal activity against Penicillium chrysogenum.Antifungal activities were stronger than antibacterial activities in the antimicrobial protein of Porphyridium cruentum.
