海南新村港养殖合浦珠母贝主要多毛类寄生虫的流行病学调查

摘  要:
对海南新村港珍珠贝养殖基地的1~1.5龄和2龄以上的合浦珠母贝上的寄生多毛类的种类和数量做周年采样调查,并分析优势种的数量变化规律,结果表明,合浦珠母贝上的寄生多毛类主要有9种,其中缨鳃类、丝鳃类、才女虫类3种为优势种;贝龄越大,丝鳃类、才女虫类寄生虫总数量越多,而缨鳃类数量并无明显变化;2龄以上合浦珠母贝的3种主要多毛类寄生虫的总数量在10月份达到最高峰,而在1月份最低,其中缨鳃类数量的周年变化不显著,才女虫类的数量在4月份时达到峰值,而在10月份最低,丝鳃类的数量在10月份达到峰值,而在4月份最低。

摘  要:
The species class,quantity of parasitic polychaete on the 1~1.5-year-old and over 2-year-old Pinctada fucata that cultivated at Xincun Port pearl oyster cultivation base in Hainan had been investigated by annual sampling,the dominant parasitic species' quantity variation circumstances had been studied,the results showed that there were 9 kinds of parasitic polychaete on the P.fucata of which Branchiomma,Cirratulu and Polydora were dominant species;the quantity of Cirratulu and Polydora on the 2-year-old P.fucata was much more than that on the 1~1.5-year-old P.fucata,at that time the quantity of the Branchiomma didn't had significant changes between these two age group;the total number of three dominant species on the 2-year-old P.fucata reached a peak in October and lowest in January,there was no significant changes on the quantity of Branchiomma during the annual,the number of Polydora reached a peak in April and lowest in October,the number of Cirratulu reached a peak in October and lowest in April.
