果农对规模经营的风险认知与风险分担机制研究——基于广东、广西适度规模经营果农的实证分析

摘  要：
【目的】分析果农对规模经营的风险认知、风险规避策略及风险分担机制,为促进果农规模经营和完善农业风险管理提供参考。【方法】对广东及广西局部地区的果农进行入户访谈和田野调查,对获得的417份有效农户调查数据进行描述性统计分析和量表分析,并进一步分析农户的风险认知和风险分担机制。【结果】市场价格风险、天气灾害风险、病虫害风险是目前广东及广西局部地区果农开展规模经营中最为主要的风险。不同经营规模的农户对风险的认知存在差异,农户的风险认知随着经营规模的变化出现动态变化。由于正规风险处理机制的缺失和不完善,农户不得不依靠自身的力量来规避风险,形成了基于农户家庭和社会网络的自我风险分担机制。【建议】建立并完善适合规模经营的农业保险体系、加大农村金融对地方特色产业和农户规模经营的支持力度、构建果树生产与价格信息网络农业大数据平台、大力发展电子商务和订单农业,以促进我国水果产业规模化发展。

摘  要：
【Objective】In order to provide references for promoting scale operation and perfecting agricultural risk management, the present study was conducted to analyse risk perception, risk aversion strategy and risk-sharing mechanism of scale operation for fruit farmers. 【Method】The fruit farmers in Guangdong and some areas of Guangxi were interviewed and investigated. Based on 417 survey datas acquired, the descriptive statistical analysis and scale analysis were carried out to further analyse risk perception and risk-sharing mechanism. 【Result】The market price risk, weather disaster risk, disease and pest risk were three main risks in fruit farmers' scale operation. The fruit farmers had different risk perception due to different scale of operation perception, and the risk perception had dynamic change with the change of land scale. Due to the lack of perfect formal risk management mechanism, farmers had to rely on their own strength to avoid risk, which led to formataton of risk sharing mechanism based on farmer households and social networks. 【Suggestion】Some suggestion are put forward to promote large-scale development of fruit industry, including establishing and perfecting the agricultural insurance system of scale operation, increasing rural finance support to local characteristic industries and scale operation, building big agricultural data platform of fruit production and price information network and developing electronic commerce and contract farming.
