摘 要：
以长江经济带11个省市为研究对象,以测度产业集聚程度的静态指标区位熵为基础,加入产业集聚指数这一动态指标来衡量林业产业聚集的发展态势,构建林业产业集聚发展态势模型,将长江经济带11个省市的林业产业发展态势划分成四种类型:强化态势、形成态势、退化态势与劣势发展。整体上看,长江经济带林业产业集聚表现为强化态势和退化态势的省市较多。表现为强化态势的地区为安徽、江西、湖南、贵州;表现为形成态势的地区为上海与江苏;表现为退化态势的地区为浙江、四川、云南;林业产业集聚劣势发展的地区为湖北与重庆。结合各地区林业产业发展特点分析态势形成原因,政府政策的支持、林业资源的充分利用、发展战略的优化、龙头产业的带动是林业产业聚集表现为强化态势的主要原因。为促进林业产业以强化态势集聚,根据各省市林业产业集聚发展态势的特点提出了因地制宜采用林业产业发展政策,拓展产业发展形态、优化产业结构,落实人才引进政策等建议。

摘 要：
The paper measured the development trend of forestry industry gathering by adding the dynamic index of industrial agglomeration index, taking 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, based on the static index location entropy of measuring industrial agglomeration degree. It also constructed development trend of forestry industry agglomeration. The model divided the development trend of forestry industry in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt into four types: strengthening the situation, forming the situation, degrading the situation and developing the disadvantages. On the whole, the agglomeration of forestry industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is characterized by more provinces and cities that strengthen the situation and degenerate the situation. The areas that showed the strengthening trend were Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, and Guizhou; the areas that showed the formation trend were Shanghai and Jiangsu; the areas that showed the degraded situation were Zhejiang, Sichuan, and Yunnan; the areas where the forestry industry gathered inferior development were Hubei and Chongqing. The support of government policies, the full utilization of forestry resources, the optimization of development strategies and the driving of leading industries are the main reasons for the consolidation of forestry industry,combined with the formation of the characteristics of forestry industry development in various regions. In order to promote the forestry industry to strengthen the situation, it put forward suggestions on adopting the forestry industry development policy according to local conditions, expanding the industrial development pattern, optimizing the industrial structure, and implementing the talent introduction policy,according to the characteristics of the forestry industry agglomeration development trend of each province and city.
