林业产业集聚对中国林业全要素生产率作用机制-基于动态空间计量模型的实证分析

摘  要:
研究林业产业集聚对林业全要素生产率作用机制有利于促进林业全要素生产率提高,进而促进林业经济发展.文中基于2006-2016年我国林业产业数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算发现中国林业全要素生产率呈上升趋势,并通过莫兰指数验证了其空间相关特征;使用动态空间计量模型对林业产业集聚影响林业全要素生产率的机制进行实证分析,结论是林业产业集聚主要通过林业综合技术效率途径来影响林业全要素生产率,而对林业技术进步影响不显著;最后结合研究结论提出相关建议.

摘  要:
The study of operation mechanism of forestry industrial agglomeration affecting forestry total factor productivity(TFP) is conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of TFP, and promotes the development of forestry economy. Based on the statistical data of Chinese forestry industry in 2006-2016, this paper calculates Chinese forestry TFP using DEA-Malmquist and found the TFP has been on the rise, and uses Moran's I to verify its spatial correlation. Then the dynamic spatial econometric model is used to analyze the mechanism of forestry industrial agglomeration affecting forestry TFP. The conclusion is that forestry industrial agglomeration affects significantly the forestry TFP with forestry technical efficiency, while it has insignificant influence on forestry technology advancement. Based on the research conclusion, the authors came up with relevant suggestion.
