醉鱼草提取液杀苎麻黄蛱蝶活性的研究

摘  要:
[目的]为醉鱼草进一步开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]以无菌水做对照,研究不同浓度的醉鱼草叶乙醇浸出液和水浸出液对苎麻黄蛱蝶老龄幼虫的作用效果。[结果]醉鱼草叶乙醇提取液对苎麻黄蛱蝶老龄幼虫有一定的触杀作用,但只有100%浓度的醉鱼草叶乙醇提取液的触杀作用较明显,10 min内杀虫效果可达40%。醉鱼草叶乙醇提取液、水提取液对苎麻黄蛱蝶老龄幼虫都有一定的浸杀作用,其中醉鱼草叶乙醇提取液浓度增至20%时,浸杀效果最好,10 min内死亡率为90%;随后随浓度的提高浸杀效果又逐渐减弱。浓度为75%1、00%的醉鱼草叶水提取液浸杀效果较好,10 min内死亡率都在40%左右。[结论]该研究为苎麻黄蛱蝶的有效防治奠定了基础。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Buddleja lindleyana.[Method] With sterile water as the control,the effects of ethanol extracts and water extracts from the B. lindleyana leaves with different concentrations on the mature larvae of A.issorie were studied.[Result] The ethanol extracts from the B.lindleyana leaves had certain contact toxicity on the mature larvae of A.issorie,but only 100% ethanol extracts had obvious contact toxicity and its insecticidal effect was 40% within 10 min.The ethanol extracts and water extracts from the B.lindleyana leaves all had certain immersion toxicity on the mature larvae of A.issorie.When the concn.of ethanol extracts from the B.lindleyana leaves was increased to 20%,the effect of immersion toxicity was best and the mortality was 90% within 10 min.The effect of immersion toxicity was gradually weakened with the increase of the extract concn.The effect of immersion toxicity was higher when the concn.of water extracts from the B.lindleyana leaves was 75% and 100%,and the mortality was all about 40% within 10 min.[Conclusion] This research laid the foundation for the effective control of B.lindleyana.
