摘 要:
为了量化种子萌发的热量和水分需求,以陕西杨凌丹参种子为材料,经100mmol/L的CaCl2浸种12h后在不同温度和水势条件下进行萌发试验,建立萌发水热模型评估丹参种子萌发的水分和热量需求。结果表明,20℃是丹参种子的最适萌发温度,浅色和深色种子萌发率分别为(81.47±0.75)%和(80.41±1.10)%,而25℃时萌发速率最高;浅色丹参种子萌发的基础温度(6.21℃)高于深色种子(1.53℃),但浅色种子萌发百分比达到50%的积温需求(74.33℃·d)小于深色种子(113.75℃·d);浅色种子累积萌发率达到50%的基础水势为-1.27MPa,高于深色种子(-1.58MPa);20℃和25℃时,浅色种子的水热需求分别为92.09和106.75℃·MPa·d,深色种子为158.76和142.45℃·MPa·d。浅色种子萌发迅速,需要较高的温度和水势,可晚播,而深色种子有高的水热需求值,萌发缓慢,耐寒耐旱性强,可早播。

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is a Chinese traditional medical herb.In order to quantify the seed germination requirements,seeds pre-soaked in CaCl2solution(100mmol/L)for 12 hours were incubated at different temperatures and water potentials to establish hydrothermal time model.The results showed that 20℃ was the best for germination and the highest final germination for light and deep color seeds were(81.47±0.75)%and(80.41±1.10)%respectively,while the highest germination rate was achieved at 25℃.Light color seeds had a higher base temperature(6.21℃)than the figure for deep color seeds(1.53℃)and required lower thermal time to reach 50%of seed germination(74.33℃·d),compared with 113.75℃·d for deep color seeds.The base water potential of light color seeds was-1.27 MPa,higher than-1.58 MPa for deep color seeds.At 20℃and 25℃,light color seeds had hydrothermal time requirements of 92.09 and 106.75℃·MPa·d,respectively,while the corresponding values for deep color seeds were larger,158.76 and 142.45 ℃·MPa·d.Germination for light color seeds was rapid and required high temperature and water potential indicating that it can be sown later.However,germinating for deep color seeds was slower and these seeds had high resistance of chilling and drought and can be sown early.
