不同纸袋及套袋技术对翠冠梨果实品质的影响

摘  要:
使用不同类型的梨果纸袋,采用一次套袋和二次套袋、疏果、解袋等不同技术对翠冠梨[Pyrus pyrifolia a(Burm.f.)Nakai cv.Cuiguan]进行套袋比较试验。结果表明,使用小林袋F-PK2+小林袋1-KK二次套袋,套袋前每隔20~25cm疏成单果,套大袋时不解小袋,采收前10d解大袋,则综合效果最好。这样处理收获的梨果,果面较光滑,果皮呈绿色,果锈少,果点小,果实美观,可溶性固形物含量与对照差异不大,果肉硬度小,果皮硬度大,果肉疏松、脆,口感好,套袋后病虫果少,果大,商品率高。

摘  要:
Different kinds of bags combine with the skills of once bagging, twice bagging, fruit thinning and bag-releasing on Pyrus pyrifolia (Burm.f.) Nakai cv. Cuiguan were studied. The results showed that the effects of using Kobayashi bag F-PK2 and Kobayashi bag 1-KK together were the best, and combined the technique of keeping fruit single every 20~25 cm before bagging, bagging the large bag 1-KK on the base of the little bag F-PK2, removing the large bag 10 days ahead of harvesting. Using this method, the pear fruit was with smooth surface, green peel, small rust, and little dot. The difference of the soluble solid content between bagging and contrast was not significant. The hardness of the fruit flesh was low and the peel hardness was high. The texture of the fruit flesh was soft and crisp, and it tasted good. The bagging fruit was large, less disease and pest and with high commodity rate.
