早熟砂梨矿质营养适宜值研究

摘  要:
通过对翠冠、蜜雪梨2个早熟砂梨(Pyrus pyrifolia)主栽品种高产果园大样本群体叶片(翠冠n=115、蜜雪梨n=62)、土壤(n=277)矿质营养因子的统计分布,以及"产量等级"与元素相关性研究,建立了亚热带季风红壤地区,并以豆梨(Pyrus calleryana)为砧木条件下的2个品种的10项叶片矿质营养适宜指标,以及13项砂梨的土壤有效态营养适宜指标。并经叶片营养适宜值差异显著性检验与高接比对验证,翠冠叶片N、K适宜范围显著高于蜜雪梨。另外,经高接比对试验逆向推理,若同砧高接的不同品种营养差异显著,则它们的营养适宜范围差异也显著,否则一致。据此,蜜雪梨叶片营养诊断标准可供黄花梨参考应用。此外,所建立的土壤诊断标准可供亚热带季风红壤地区,与砧木为豆梨等背景条件相似的砂梨产区应用。

摘  要:
Statistical distribution of mineral nutrition factor of large sample group’s leaf and soil in the high-yield orchards of two main early season pear (Pyrus pyrifolia) cultivars, Cuiguan and Mixueli, and the correlation of yield grade and mineral elements were studied. The sample number of Cuiguan leaf was 115, of Mixueli leaf was 62, and that of soil was 277. Base on the results studied, 10 optimum indexes for leaf mineral nutrition and 13 optimum indexes for soil available nutrition for these 2 pear cultivars were built under the subtropical monsoon red soil area and grated with rootstock of Pyrus calleriana conditions. Significance of difference for appropriate foliar nutrition parameters was tested, and being grafted on higher location of rootstock was analyzed and tested .The results showed that the optimal nutrition range of N and K content for Cuiguan leaf was bigger than that in Mixueli cultivar. In addition, due to different grafted location on the rootstock the optimum nutrition might be changed significantly. The established soil diagnostic criterion in this paper could be applied in the pear producing regions with similar climatic and rootstock used arrears.
