新型杀虫剂四氯虫酰胺对玉米螟的室内活性及田间药效评价

摘  要：
[目的]研究室内条件下四氯虫酰胺对玉米螟的杀虫活性;通过田间试验验证四氯虫酰胺对玉米螟的防治效果。[方法]室内采用喷雾法和药膜法,田间采用喷雾法。[结果]四氯虫酰胺对玉米螟的LC_50值在0.6107~1.0323 mg/L;10%四氯虫酰胺悬浮剂在30 g a.i./hm~2处理剂量下,对玉米螟的防治效果超过80%。[结论]四氯虫酰胺对玉米螟防效较好,不同施药方法对玉米螟药效无明显影响。

摘  要：
[Aims] This study aims to evaluate bioactivity of Silv Chong Xian'an both in greenhouse and field against Ostrinia furnacalis. [Methods ] Laboratory tests and field trials were assayed by the methods of stem spraying,membrane method and spraying, respectively. [Res ults] LC_(50) values of Silv Chong Xian′an were 0.6107-1.0323 mg/L.The efficacies of Silv Chong Xian′an 10% SC at 30 g a.i./ha were above 80%. [Conclusions] Silv Chong Xia′an had good control effect on Ostrinia furnacalis, and control effect were similar with different methods.
