杀虫剂四氯虫酰胺对美国白蛾的室内活性及田间药效评价

摘  要：
[目的]研究室内条件下四氯虫酰胺对美国白蛾的杀虫活性和田间四氯虫酰胺对美国白蛾的防治效果。[方法]室内活性和田间试验均采用喷雾法。[结果]室内结果表明:四氯虫酰胺对美国白蛾的LC_(50)值为0.4990mg/L,对照药剂氯虫苯甲酰胺的LC_(50)值为0.6163 mg/L;10%四氯虫酰胺悬浮剂在20 mg/L处理剂量下,对美国白蛾高龄幼虫的田间防治效果超过90%,与对照药剂20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂差异不显著。[结论]四氯虫酰胺对美国白蛾防效良好,可在生产中推广应用。

摘  要：
[Aims]This paper aims to test the bioactivity of Silv Chong Xian′an in field against Hyphantria cunea.[Methods]Laboratory tests and field trials were conducted by the methods of spraying.[Results]Laboratory bioassay demonstrated that Silv Chong Xian′an had highly toxicity with LC_(50)value of 0.4990 mg/L,while the LC_(50)value of chlorantranilprole was 0.6163 mg/L.The efficacy of Silv Chong Xian′an 10%SC at 20 mg/L was above 90%,there was no significant difference in insecticidal activity.[Conclusions]Silv Chong Xian′an had good control effect on H.cunea.
