摘  要:
以夏芳和秋白的原种熟蚕为供试材料,分别置于一楼和二楼蚕室蔟,一楼的蔟中温 度为24℃,干湿差1.5℃,相对湿度为85%;二楼的蔟中温度为25℃,干湿度差3℃,相对湿度为 73%。夏芳一楼上蔟的蚕茧解舒率为31.87%,二楼上蔟的解舒率66.67%,指数关系为一楼的 209.19,一楼上蔟蚕茧解舒丝长 333.76m,二楼上蔟的解舒丝长815.2m,为一楼的244.45;秋白一 楼上蔟的蚕茧解舒率54.81%,二楼上蔟的解舒率83.54%,指数关系为一楼上蔟的154.42,一楼上 蔟的蚕茧解舒丝长426.93m:二楼的解舒丝长为720.91m,指数关系为一楼的160.02,试验结果充 分说明影响夏芳和秋白原种蚕茧解舒的主要因素是蔟中环境,而茧丝长因主要受品种遗传特性的 影响,在两种上蔟环境中差异不大。

摘  要:
Matured Larvae of the silkworm parent strains "Xiafang" and "Qiubai" were mounted on the first and second floors of the mounting house. On the first floor temperature was 24℃ (the difference in dry and wet conditions being 1.5℃) and RH was 85%; while on the second floor temperature was 25℃ with a difference of 3℃ between dry and wet conditions, and RH was 73%. The reelability and length of non- broken cocoon filament of Xiafang on the second floor were 66.67% and 815.2m,respectively, on the second floor, being 109.19% and 144.45% more than on the first floor (31.87% and 333.76 m). Rellability and length of non - broken filament of Qiubai were 83.54% and 720.91m, respectively, being54.42% and 60.02% more than on the first floor (54. 84% and 426.93 m). No significant difference existed between the first and the second floors in cocoon filament length for either silkworm strain. It is concluded that mounting environment is the main factor influencing reelability of the cocoons of the two parent strains while their cocoon filament length is mainly manipulated by their heredity.
