贵州农田灌溉水有效利用系数年际变化趋势及影响因素

摘  要:
为区域制定节水灌溉规划和评价灌区节水潜力提供依据,运用首尾测法基本原理,对2015-2017年贵州农田灌溉水有效利用系数进行跟踪测算,并对影响农田灌溉水有效利用系数高低的因素进行综合分析。结果表明:2015-2017年贵州农田灌溉水有效利用系数分别为0.451、0.458和0.464,贵州省农田灌溉水有效利用系数呈逐年提高趋势;影响系数变化的主要因素是投资因素、管理因素以及样点灌区调整因素,当水利工程在建设投资达到一定程度后,主要影响因素为管理因素。因此,今后贵州省提高农田灌溉水有效利用系数主要途径应从加强管理入手。

摘  要:
In order to provide basis for the formulation of regional irrigation plan and the evaluation of water saving potential,the authors employ the basic principle of the first and end method to track and calculate effective utilization coefficient of Guizhou farmland irrigation water from 2015 to 2017,and comprehensively analyze the influencing factors.Results:The effective utilization coefficients of farmland irrigation water from 2015 to 2017 were 0.451,0.458 and 0.464 respectively,increasing with years;The factors affecting the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water included investment,management and sampling sites adjustment.The main influencing factor is management when the investment reached some degree.Consequently,it is suggested to strengthen the management to enhance the effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Guizhou.
