NaCI胁迫对鹅观草苗期生理生化物质的影响

摘  要:
以NaCl为胁迫因子,设置0mmol/L、30mmol/L、60mmol/L、90mmol/L、120mmol/L、150mmol/L、180mmol/L7个盐浓度梯度,对鹅观草属大芒鹅观草、肃草、偏穗鹅观草三种植物进行耐盐试验,通过测定植株的生理生化指标,对供试材料进行耐盐性比较研究.试验结果表明,低盐浓度对它们的影响极小,与对照相比无明显差异,随着NaCl浓度的增高,鹅观草的叶绿素含量、电导率、脯氨酸含量随之增加,而SOD值、POD值出现先升高后下降的曲线.综合分析表明:偏穗鹅观草耐盐性最强,大芒鹅观草耐盐性最弱,肃草介于二者之间.

摘  要:
The salt tolerance of Roegneria, which were tested under 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180rnmol/L salt of NaCI concentration by rneasuring_p_hysiological and biochemical indexes. The experi- mental results showed that the effect of low salt (30mmol / L) on three species of Roegneria was little; the effect of high salt concentrations on three species of Roegneria was significant, leaf relative water con- tent, chlorophyll decreased, RWC, proline increased, SOD and POD increased at beginning, then de- creased. The result indicated that R. komarovii (Nevski)Nevski had the strongest salt-tolerance, and R. turczaninovii (Drob)Nevski vat. macrathera Ohwi was the weakest, and R. stricta Keng f. stricta was in the middle.
