非酶反应体系过氧化氢含量荧光测定方法研究及分析应用

摘  要:
本文基于Fe(Ⅱ)与H2O2在酸性介质中经Fenton反应产生羟基自由基,与苯甲酸发生羟基化反应产生荧光产物,建立了一种测定过氧化氢的荧光分析方法。该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点,试用于雨水中过氧化氢含量的测定,获得了满意的结果。

摘  要:
In this paper, based on the reaction of benzoic acid with the hydroxyl radical formed by the well-known Fenton reaction to yield strongly fluorescent hydroxylated products, we developed a flu-orometric method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide. It was applied to the measurement of hy-drogen peroxide in fresh rainwater and satisfactory results were obtained.
