灵芝多糖化学结构及药理活性研究进展

摘  要：
灵芝作为一味珍贵的中药材,具有广泛的药理作用。灵芝之所以可以展现出多方面的功效,主要是因为灵芝中含有重要的活性物质灵芝多糖。由于灵芝多糖结构复杂、活性功能广泛而备受关注,研究其结构和药理活性的关系有助于灵芝多糖今后在食品、药品和保健品方面的研发、应用。通过分析近年灵芝多糖的化学结构和药理活性的研究,对现有研究的局限提出建议,总结目前发现的灵芝多糖结构和活性功能,为今后构建中草药的功效理论体系提供基础信息。

摘  要：
As a valuable herbal, Ganoderma lucidum has a wide range of pharmacological effects. The reason why G. lucidum can exhibit multiple significant effects is G. lucidum polysaccharide, one of the main active substances in G. lucidum. Because of the complex structure and wide range of functions of G. lucidum polysaccharides have attracted much attention, the study of the relationship between its structure and pharmacological activity can help future development and application of G. lucidum polysaccharides in food, pharmaceuticals and health products. Through analyzes the chemical structure and pharmacological activity of G. lucidum polysaccharides in recent years, presents the shortcomings and limitations of existing studies, and intends to summarize the structure and active functions of G. lucidum polysaccharides in recent years, in order to provide information for the future construction of the efficacy theory system of Chinese herbal medicine.
