食品和水中大肠杆菌快速检测方法的研究进展

摘  要:
分析了最近几年国际上在大肠杆菌检测方面所应用的新方法,包括酶活性方法及其与多管发酵法、滤膜法、固相细胞计数和免疫检验等的联用,以及生物分子电子技术(传感器)。同时还分析了各种方法的特点及其灵敏度和检测速度等,指出了其可能存在的缺点,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
The paper reviews novel methods proposed in recent years for rapid detection of E.coli.These methods include enzymatic method and its combination with multiple-tube fermentation technique, membrane filter technique, solid-phase cytometry and immunological methods, and they also include bio-molecular electronics techniques (sensors).Their characteristics, sensitivity and rapidity were analyzed, and their drawbacks were also discussed.Finally, the possible applications of these methods were proposed.
