生物碱广泛存在于自然界的动植物中,是一类含氮有机化合物,具有特殊药用价值。通过对天然药用植物长春花中生物碱的提取、分离和含量测定方法的总结,从而达到为长春花生物碱的工业生产和科学研究提供一定借鉴的目的。

摘要：

Alkaloid is a kind of nitrogen-containing organic compounds that widely existed in the nature,which is of special medicinal value. The extraction, separation and content determination methods of alkaloid from natural medicinal herb Catharanthus roseus were summarized, so as to provide certain reference for the industrial production and scientific research of alkaloid in C. roseus.
