摘  要：
[目的]研究饲粮中添加不同水平百里香精油对麻花鸡T淋巴细胞ANAE+、新城疫抗体水平和免疫球蛋白的影响.[方法]选用1日龄麻花鸡768只,分8个处理(0.00、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25、0.30和0.35 mg/kg),每处理4个重复,每重复24只鸡,试验分1~21和22~42 d两个阶段.[结果]与对照组相比,0.1、0.15、0.25、0.35mg/kg精油组显著提高肉鸡42 d血液中ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率(P<0.05),0.35 mg/kg精油组显著提高42 d新城疫抗体水平(P<0.05),0.2、0.25、0.3 mg/kg精油组极显著提高21、42 d血清中IgM、IgG和IgA水平(P<0.01).[结论]综合所有参数,百里香精油适宜添加水平为0.1~0.25 mg/kg.

摘  要：
[Objective]To study the effects of different dietary levels of thyme essential oil(TEO) on the immune status in broiler chickens.[Method]768selected one-day-old Mahua broilers were divided into 8dietary treatment groups,namely,0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30and 0.35mg/kg each with 4replicate pens and 24birds within each replicate.The feeding program included a starter diet until 21dand a finisher diet until to 42d.[Results]Compared with the control,the percentage of ANAE+lymphocyte can be significantly improved(P<0.05)in the treatments of 0.1,0.15,0.25,0.35mg/kg at the 42nd day's.In the treatment of 0.35mg/kg,the level of the antibody against to NDV of Mahua broilers was markedly increased(P<0.05).In the treatments of 0.2,0.25and 0.3mg/kg the level of the IgM,IgG and IgA were significantly improved(P<0.05)at 21st day and 42nd day's.[Conclusion]According to all the data,0.1-0.25 mg/kg is a optimum addition amount of TEO in this text.
