胍基乙酸对AA肉仔鸡生长性能和死淘率的影响

摘  要:
为研究日粮中添加不同剂量的胍基乙酸对AA肉仔鸡生长性能和死淘率的影响,试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型日粮。3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加胍基乙酸0、300和600 mg·kg~(-1)。试验期为42 d,分为0~21和22~42 d两个阶段饲养。试验结果表明,各处理组间各阶段的平均采食量和死淘率无显著差异(P>0.05)。在试验0~21 d,与对照组和300 mg·kg~(-1)处理组相比,胍基乙酸600 mg·kg~(-1)处理组的肉仔鸡,其日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料肉比显著降低(P<0.05);在试验22~42 d时,日粮中添加胍基乙酸600 mg·kg~(-1)处理组的肉仔鸡,日增重有高于对照组的趋势(P=0.05);在试验0~42 d,日粮中添加胍基乙酸600 mg·kg~(-1)处理组可显著增加肉仔鸡全期日增重(P<0.05),显著降低料肉比(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,添加胍基乙酸300 mg·kg~(-1)的肉仔鸡,21 d体重增加了2.50%,42 d体重增加1.28%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验研究表明,在AA肉仔鸡日粮中添加600 mg·kg~(-1)胍基乙酸时,能显著提高肉仔鸡生长性能。

摘  要:
To study the effects of different content guanidine acetic acid on AA broiler growth performance and mortality of the experimental diets, 360 AA broilers of 1 day were selected, randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates of 20 chicks per replicate. The basal diet was corn soybean meal. Three experimental groups were added 0,300 and 600 mg·kg~(-1) guanidine acetic acid in diets. The trial period was 42 d, which was divided into two stages: 0~21d and 22-42 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average feed intake and death rate between each treatment groups(P>0.05). In the test of 0-21 d, compared with control group and 300 mg·kg~(-1) group, 600mg·kg~(-1) guanidine acetic acid treatment group broilers,the weight gain increased significantly(P< 0.05), feed gain ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05); in the test of 22-42 d, adding 600 mg·kg~(-1) guanidine acetic acid treatment group in broiler diets,the weight gain was higher than that of the control group(P=0.05); in 0~42d test, diets supplemented with 600 mg·kg~(-1) guanidine acetic acid treatment group could significantly increase the total daily gain of broilers(P<0.05) and decreased feed gain ratio significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, adding 300 mg·kg~(-1) of guanidine acetic acid of broilers, the weight of 21 d increased by 2.50% and the weight of 42 d increased 1.28%, but the difference was not significant. To sum up, adding 600 mg·kg~(-1) guanidine acetic acid in AA broiler diets, could significantly improve the growth performance of broilers.
