超临界干燥制备木材-SiO_2气凝胶复合材料及其纳米结构

摘  要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法和超临界干燥技术制备了木材-SiO2 气凝胶,应用XRD、SEM、TEM等方法对气凝胶样品和木材-SiO2 气凝胶复合材料的结构和物理性能进行了表征。结果表明:所制备SiO2 气凝胶是连续网络的非晶态纳米多孔固体,其基本粒子的平均直径17~96nm,SiO2 气凝胶与木材有良好的结合并保持木材的空隙结构。

摘  要:
Silica aerogels-wood was prepared by sol-gel process and supercritical drying technique. By means of XRD, SEM, TEM and some other experimental methods, the structure and physical property of silica aerogel-wood samples were primarily investigated. The result showed that the prepared silica aerogels were coherent, non-crystalline, nano-sized porous solids. The mean diameter of particles was about 17~96 nm. Silica aerogels compacted with wood very well and the porous structure of wood could be maintained.
