林下人参叶片光合作用日变化的研究

摘  要:
测定了自然林下人参叶片的光合有效辐射与净光合速率的日变化,并在人为控制叶室的条件下,测定了林下参叶片的光饱和点和光补偿点。结果表明:林内的光照强度是限制林下参生长的主要因子。在强光和匀光处,林下参叶片的光合有效辐射(PAR)和净光合速率(Pn)的日变化表现为早晚低、中午高的规律性,并且,在此条件下两者的变化呈极显著正相关,强光下相关性决定系数为0.942 3,匀光下相关性决定系数为0.903 4;在弱光处,两者的变化具有不规律性,相关性决定系数仅为0.480 2。林下的气温(Ta)、叶温(Tl)和相对湿度(RH)的变化较小,Ta一般为23.7~25.8℃,Tl一般比Ta高1℃;RH约为80%(早晚高、中午低);林下参叶片的蒸腾速率(Tr)为0~0.4 mmol/(m2.s),气孔导度(Gs)为0~85 mmol/(m2.s),两者的变化呈极显著正相关,相关性决定系数为0.970 5。林下参叶片的光饱和点为80~150μmol/(m2.s),光补偿点为3~6μmol/(m2.s)。

摘  要:
Diurnal changes of ginseng′s photosynthesis effective radiation and net photosynthesis rate were determined.Light saturation point and light compensation point of under-forest ginseng leaf were identified.The result indicated that light intensity is the main factor in restricting the growth of under-forest ginseng.In the high light and in the middle light,diurnal changes of photosynthesis effective radiation and net photosynthesis rate take on a regularity of being low in the morning and in the evening,high at noon,and the two changes under this condition have an obviously positive correlation,the coefficient of which is 0.942 3 in the high light,0.903 4 in the middle light;in the lower light,the two changes do not show any regularity,and the coefficient is only 0.480 2.Diurnal changes of the temperature of the ambient air(Ta),the temperature of the leaf(Tl) and relative humidity(RH)are smaller under forest,Tair is between 23.7—25.8 ℃,Tleaf is higher than Tair 1℃;RH is about 80%(high in the morning and in the evening,low at noon);the scope of Tr is between 0—0.4 mmol/(m2·s);the smomatal conductance is between 0—85 mmol/(m2·s).The two changes have an obviously positive correlation,the coefficient of which is 0.970 5;light saturation point is between 80—150 μmol/(m2·s) and light compensation point is between 3—6 μmol/(m2·s).
