吉林省不同产地不同年限林下参皂苷含量比较

摘  要:
采用比色法和高效液相色谱法分别测定了吉林省不同产地和不同生长年限的林下参中人参总皂苷含量和7种主要人参皂苷含量,并使用SPSS软件进行了方差分析。结果表明:生长年限对林下参人参总皂苷含量和常见7种人参皂苷(Rb1,Rb2,Rg1,Re,Rf,Rc,Rd)含量有显著性影响,而产地则无显著性影响,并且所测样品个体间无显著差异。桦甸和延边林下参的总皂苷含量10年生最低,15年生最高;抚松和集安的20年生最低,15年生最高。人参皂苷Rg1+Re总量、Rb1含量均符合中国药典规定,产地为延边和抚松其含量最低的是10年生,最高的是20年生;桦甸的是10年生最低,15年生最高;集安的是20年生最低,10年生最高。建议各地区根据皂苷含量高低选择适合的采收期,合理利用林下参资源。

摘  要:
The ginsenosides of wild ginseng in different origins and ages in Jilin province were analysed and the effects of origins and ages on the content of ginsenosides were studied.The content of total ginsenosides and seven ginsenosides(Rb1,Rb2,Rg1,Re,Rf,Rc,Rd) were measured by colorimetric method and HPLC respectively and variation analysis(ANOVA) was conducted with SPSS statistical software(version 17.0,SPSS Inc,Chicago,I L).Growth years have a significant influence on the content of total ginsenoside and seven ginsenosides of the wild ginseng,but origins have no significant effect,morever,the samples analysed have no significant differences among individuals.The lowest total ginsenosides are 10 years old and the highest are 15 years old in Huadian and Yanbian,which are 20 and 15 in Fusong and Jian.The content of Rg1+Re,Rb1 of wild ginseng can answer the Chinese pharmacopoeia requirements,the lowest content is 10 years old and the highest is 20 in Yanbian and Fusong,which are 10 and 15 in Huadian,20 and 10 in Jian,suggesting that various producing areas should choose suitable harvesting time according to the content of ginsenosides and develop wild ginseng resources reasonably.
