农民专业合作社参与沟域经济发展分析

摘  要：
重视农民主体地位是社会生产力发展的必然要求。沟域经济开辟山区经济社会发展的新模式,其发展的根本动力就在于农民作为主体的主观能动性的发挥。然而现有三种沟域经济组织模式中,农民主体地位的实现程度普遍不高。在研究沟域经济农民主体地位缺失现状及原因的基础上,提出依托农民专业合作社参与组织模式来提高农民的主体地位,推动沟域经济发展的理念。农民专业合作社参与模式是组织制度创新的结果,其维护农民的合法权益,提高农民的主体地位,推动沟域经济可持续健康发展,其是未来沟域经济组织模式发展的必然趋势。

摘  要：
Farmers' dominant status is an essential requirement to the development of productive forces.Valley economy created a new mode of the economic development in mountainous areas.And the primary force of its development lay in full play to the subjective initiative of farmers as the main body.However,the dominant status of farmers is generally low in three existing organization modes of valley economy.Analysing on the situation and the reasons of lack of the dominant status of famers in valley economy,the author put forward a conception to improve farmers' dominant status to develop valley economy with the support of the organization model participated by farmer specialized cooperatives.The participatory organizational model of famer specialized cooperatives is the result of innovation of organization system.It safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,improves the farmers' dominant status,and promotes the sustainable and healthy development of valley economy.It will be the trend of the organization mode of valley economy in the future.
